Sub Yogurt for Sour Cream
Now, I know some of you might be thinking, "But won't yogurt make my dishes all, well, yogurty?" And to that, I say... not necessarily! Plain yogurt has a pretty neutral flavor, so it won't overpower your recipes. Plus, it adds a nice tanginess that's similar to sour cream.
Another bonus: yogurt is a great base for marinades and dressings. It adds a creamy texture without all the extra fat, and it's a great way to get some extra probiotics into your diet. So, go ahead and get creative with those recipe substitutions!
