How to Clean out a Water Dispenser
Reassemble all the cleaned, dried parts. Click the drip tray back in, snap the baffle into place, and reattach any covers. It should all make a satisfying click.
Fill the reservoir with fresh water one more time. Run about a cup through each faucet. This is the final taste test, the grand finale of cleanliness.
Pop your water bottle back on. Listen for that glorious bubbling sound as the water starts flowing. You did it. You’re a dispenser whisperer.
How Often Should You Do This?
Every three to four weeks is the sweet spot. Mark it on your calendar. Call it “Dispenser Spa Day.”
If you live in an area with hard water, maybe bump it up to every two weeks. Your dispenser will reward you with crisp, clean water and a lifespan longer than your last phone charger.
And hey, if you skip a month? The world won’t end. Your dispenser might just give you a side-eye, but that’s between you and it.
