How to Cook a Boneless Turkey Crown
Remove the netting or twine. Place the crown on a carving board with the smooth side up. Use a sharp knife (dull knives are the enemy) and slice across the grain, about half-inch thick.
You’ll get perfect, uniform slices that look like they came from a restaurant. Shout “Voilà!” when you finish. No one will judge you—they’ll just be too busy grabbing seconds.
What About Leftovers?
Leftover turkey is the real prize. Shred it for sandwiches, toss it in salads, or make the world’s best turkey pot pie. This crown will keep in the fridge for four days, if it lasts that long. (Spoiler: it won’t.)
